Normally this is what we experience with other shipping companies: they will say that they weren’t able to catch the flight and after we do our own investigation we come to know that some documentation was missing… our shipment should be attended to right away when we place an order and should be informed of any changes. On ground, we need the spare parts on time to get the job done by our engineers otherwise we lose business; we are very time critical. This is what we like about AVGO. We like their response time, giving us quick updates, and if we need their service they can provide it 24/7 straight away to make sure our shipping process goes smoothly.
